Privacy

The short version: this website only measures how it is used with Google Analytics if you explicitly allow it. Without your consent it sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties.

Who is responsible

DSP Digital Solution Partner KLG, Gewerbestrasse 27, 3931 Lalden, Switzerland — info@digitalsolutionpartner.ch.

The software is developed by nytic GmbH, Furkastrasse 21, 3900 Brig, Switzerland. It also runs the update server that the software's update check reaches (see below).

What this website stores

Google Analytics (only with your consent)

If you choose “Accept” in the notice at the bottom of the page, this website measures with Google Analytics how it is used. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

Server log files

Our hosting provider records the usual technical entries for every request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, browser and operating system. These logs exist to operate and secure the server. They are not combined with other data and not used to identify anyone. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a functioning website (Art. 31 para. 1 Swiss DSG; Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Downloads

The installer is served from our own update server at issplus.nytic.ch. Requesting it produces the same kind of technical log entry as above. No registration, no e-mail address and no form are required to download.

When you write to us

If you send an e-mail, we process your address and the content of your message to answer it, and we keep the correspondence as long as the matter requires or the law demands. We do not use it for advertising.

The ISS+ software itself

ISS+ runs on your own hardware. Your media, layouts and schedules stay on your server and your screens; we have no access to them. Two exceptions, both in your hands:

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing and receive it in a portable form. Write to info@digitalsolutionpartner.ch. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your national supervisory authority.

Changes

We will update this page if the site changes. Version of 2026.
